The golden rules
- Never send us your password, OTP or 2FA codes. We will never ask for them.
- Send us one of these:
- Best: invite us as a team member or developer in your gateway dashboard.
- Your API keys: the public/publishable key can be sent normally. Send the secret key only through a one-time secret link (e.g. onetimesecret.com), never in plain chat.
- Or simply a payment link you created in the dashboard (works with no keys at all).
- Verification times differ by provider and depend on your documents. Most finish within a few business days. Start early, and we'll build while you wait.
Philippines
What you'll usually need: a valid government ID; proof of business (DTI for sole proprietors, SEC for corporations, plus BIR Form 2303 if you have one; requirements vary by provider and business type); a bank account in your business or owner name; your Facebook/Instagram page or website.
PayMongo (our default for PH: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, ShopeePay, QR Ph, cards)

- Complete "Activate account" with your business details and documents, and add your bank account for payouts.
- Turn on the payment methods you want (GCash, Maya, etc.) in the dashboard.
- Send us: a team invite, or your public key + secret key (Developers → API keys) via a one-time secret link.

Maya Business

US, Canada, Australia, UK, Ireland & EU
What you'll usually need: your legal business name and tax ID (e.g. EIN in the US; sole proprietors can often use their own details); owner ID and date of birth; a bank account in the business's country; your website or social page.
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna/Afterpay, Revolut Pay, iDEAL where available)
- Sign up: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register
- Activate payments: business details, ID verification and payout bank.
- Easiest option: create a Payment Link (https://dashboard.stripe.com/payment-links). Full option: Developers → API keys → create a restricted key for us.
- Send us a team invite (Settings → Team, Developer role) or the keys via a one-time link.

Mollie

- Send us a HitPay payment link, or API keys via a one-time link.

Hong Kong
- Stripe (cards, Apple/Google Pay, wallets where enabled): the steps are the same as above. You'll need your Business Registration Certificate, ID and an HK bank account. Local fees: https://stripe.com/pricing
- FPS: you can register an FPS ID with your bank for direct transfers. We can show it as an extra option.
United Arab Emirates
- Stripe (cards, Apple/Google Pay): the steps are the same as above. You'll need a trade licence, Emirates ID/passport and a UAE bank account. Local fees: https://stripe.com/pricing
- Local alternatives your bank may offer: Network International (https://www.network.ae) or Telr (https://telr.com). Send us the payment link or API keys they provide.
After you send it
We connect it, run a ₱1 / $1 test payment with you, and switch your app to "Pay with …" checkout. Each payment marks the order Paid ✓ automatically and lands in your gateway balance, then your bank.
