Kliko Launch & Promote Kit
Free for every Kliko client. Your new ordering, booking or shop app is a link and a QR code. Customers don't download anything: they tap or scan and order. This kit shows how to get that link in front of your customers so they actually use it.

1. Where to put your link
- Facebook & Instagram bio: paste your link as the first thing people see.
- Facebook Page button: Edit the Page action button and choose "Order now" or "Book now", with your link.
- Pin a post: pin an "Order here, no DM needed 👉 [LINK]" post to the top of your Page and profile.
- Messenger and Instagram auto-replies: set an instant reply: "Hi! Order here, it's faster 👉 [LINK]".
- Stories: use the Instagram/Facebook link sticker on every story that shows a product or service.
- WhatsApp / Viber: put the link in your status, your business profile and your greeting message.
- Google Business Profile: add it as your order or booking link and your website.
- Receipts and packaging: a "Scan to reorder" sticker on every box, bag and receipt.
2. Where to put your QR code
- Counter / reception desk: a poster or table tent where people pay or wait.
- Tables: a table tent so dine-in customers can order or reorder.
- Window or door: passers-by can order even when you are closed or busy.
- Flyers: hand them out with orders or at markets and events.
- Delivery bags: a sticker on every bag means the next order comes to you directly.
- Salon or barber mirror: a small QR sticker so clients book their next visit while they sit.
- Last photo or last reel frame: end your photo carousels and reels with the QR and link.
Print size tip: keep the QR at least 3 cm wide on stickers and 8–10 cm on posters, and test-scan it before printing many.
3. Food shops (restaurants, bakers, cafés, food trucks)
- Post a good food photo every day and end the caption with "Order here 👉 [LINK]". Put the QR on the last photo.
- Announce pre-order cut-offs: "Saturday orders close Friday 7 PM".
- Post daily specials and "only a few left" only when it is true.
- Tell customers: "Order direct and skip delivery-app markups." Your own link can have better prices than delivery apps.
- Seasonal pre-orders (Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's Day): announce 2–3 weeks ahead with the link.
- Put a QR on every box and table.
4. Salons, barbers, nail/lash studios & booking businesses
- Every before/after photo ends with "Book your slot 👉 [LINK]".
- Post open slots: "2 slots left Saturday 👉 [LINK]".
- Explain deposits kindly: "A small deposit holds your slot."
- QR sticker on the mirror and the reception desk; ask clients to book their next visit before they leave.
- Reply to "available ka?" or "any slots?" with the booking link so they see live times.
5. Shops, florists, boutiques & gift shops
- Post new stock with the price and "Shop here 👉 [LINK]".
- Florists: announce Valentine's, Mother's Day and holiday cut-offs early.
- Use the story link sticker on every new-arrival story.
- Put a "Scan to shop" card in every bag and package.
- Repost customers who tag you (ask first) with the link.
6. 10 copy-paste captions
Replace [LINK] with your link. Edit freely.
7. Answering "DM to order" messages
Keep chatting kindly, but always send the link. It saves you typing out the menu, prices and payment details.
If someone still wants to order by chat, take it, then add: "Next time you can use [LINK], it's faster."
8. Simple posting rhythm
| How often | What |
|---|---|
| Daily | 1 story with a link sticker (product, today's menu or open slots) |
| 3–4× a week | 1 photo or reel post ending with the link, QR on the last frame |
| Weekly | 1 review, repost or behind-the-scenes post |
| Before busy days | Cut-off reminder 2–3 days before |
9. Your 30-day launch plan
| Days | What to do |
|---|---|
| 1–3: Set up | Link in bio, Page button, pinned post, auto-replies, WhatsApp/Viber status, Google Business Profile. Print your QR poster and table tent. |
| 4–7: Soft launch | Send the link personally to your regulars (one friendly message each, not a mass blast). Ask them to try it and tell you if anything is unclear. |
| 8: Launch day | Post caption #4 with a short video of someone ordering on a phone. Offer a launch-day promo, for example a free add-on or small discount for orders placed through the link. |
| 8–14 | First-order idea: a small discount or freebie for each customer's first order through the link. Post daily stories with link stickers. |
| 15–21 | Post the "save us to your home screen" tip (caption #10). Put QR stickers on every bag, box and receipt. |
| 22–30 | Ask happy customers to share or tag you, and repost them (captions #8 and #9). Check which posts brought orders and do more of those. |
10. Keep customers coming back (opt-in only)
- Collect contacts with permission: ask for email or phone at checkout with an unticked "Send me offers" box. Only message people who ticked it, and let them opt out any time.
- Thank-you after each order: include a 1-tap reorder link and a kind ask: "Mind leaving us a Google review? 👉 [REVIEW LINK]".
- Review QR on receipts: print a small QR that opens your Google review page.
- One short weekly message, no more: a Viber, WhatsApp, SMS or email note to opted-in customers only, e.g. this week's special and the link.
- "We miss you" after 30 days: a small offer for opted-in customers who haven't ordered in a month.
- Birthday and holiday reminders: remind people about birthday cakes, Valentine's, Mother's Day and Christmas pre-orders early.
- Link-only perk: a small freebie or better price only for orders through your link, so customers move from Grab, foodpanda and DMs to ordering direct.
- Loyalty stamps: e.g. buy 9, get the 10th free (digital points if you have the upgrade, or a paper card).
- Limited drops and cut-offs: weekend-only items or a limited batch, announced with a clear cut-off. Only say "limited" when it really is.
- Bundles and upsells: combo meals, "add a drink", gift add-ons for flowers, or a treatment add-on for bookings.
- Local micro-creators: invite a local food, beauty or lifestyle creator for a free meal or service. Ask them to share honestly and to mark it as a gifted post.
An honest note
Results vary by business, location, prices and how often you post. This kit doesn't guarantee a number of orders. It's the habits that help customers find and use your link. If you want ideas for your next posts, message Kliko any time and we'll help.
